Meet the Wedding Party
Bridesmaids
Lauren Vadenais
Maid of Honor
Lauren and I met in our 7th grade French class, which blossomed into a 15 year long friendship! We were often mistaken as “girlfriends” because we were joined by the hip throughout middle school, high school, and college. Lauren was like my older sister– always letting me borrow clothes, driving me to parties, and bullying the boys she did not approve of. (She approves of Joe!) She is humble, giving, and caring person-the most selfless girl you could ever hope to meet. She lives in NJ and is a Sales & Business Development director for Rezkom Enterprises. Ask Lauren why my parents think she is an alcoholic!
Kirstyn Garneau
Bridesmaid
Kirstyn and I met in high school and our goofy personalities instantly clicked! Kirstyn quickly became my faithful partner in crime! Whether we were sneaking out past curfew, taking spontaneous road-trips, or crashing parties that we were clearly not invited to, Kirstyn always brings a good time to whatever situation she finds herself in.
Kirstyn is my go-to person for girly advice– every girl needs this person! She lives in Pennsylvania and is Design Coordinator for Toll Brothers. Ask her about our beach trip together that resulted in a serious game of power hour and a sprained ankle.
Alysia DeStefano
Bridesmaid
Alysia and I met on our first day of college orientation at West Chester University. We quickly became friends as we both shared a love for fitness, food and shopping. Alysia is like my personal therapist– with the added bonus that she is available 24/7 and does not charge me a dime! I know that I can always count on Alysia for honest advice, a good laugh, and great fashion finds.
Alysia often throws caution to the wind in the name of fun! She lives in New Jersey and is a real estate agent with Keller Williams. Ask her about the time we tried to fight each other in our first year of college.
Groomsmen
Jacob Ellis
Best Man
Jake and I first met in elementary school and literally became best friends ever since then. He would invite me over to his house (he lived in the upscale part of town behind a golf course) for sleep overs where we ate tons of food, played lots of video games, listened to music with profanity, and most importantly got me out of my house where I would normally have to clean all day! Since Jake’s father was a well respected State Trooper, my parents were always happy to drop me off at his house because they knew I would be safe. I personally think that they were happy that they did not have to feed me as I can eat a lot! Jake and I managed to stay very close through high school and college as we never attended the same institutions. I have known Jake the longest out of any of my friends (20+ years) and most importantly he has always been there through thick and thin.
Brandon Watson
Groomsman
Brandon and I have known each other since the 5th grade, which I still strongly believe that I am the main reason he passed school that year. I used to “help” Brandon with homework assignments regularly, but others might call it letting him “cheat” off of me. Nonetheless, our friendship became much closer a lot later in life whenever we met again at our local community college that we both attended. I will still never forget the day that we first saw each other in college, it was just like old times! He asked me if I still played video games then invited me over to his house where I wasn’t prepared for what was waiting for me (a brutal spanking in NBA 2k). Ever since that day we have stayed very close and I am now the proud Godfather to Brandon’s son; Noah Watson!
Josh Guidry
Groomsman
Josh and I met through Jake as we were both mutual friends of his. Josh and I attended middle school together, however that was just the beginning to our friendship. Josh and I became much better friends after we decided to both go to the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. We learned a lot about video games, drinking, binge eating, partying, and umm yea some school stuff too! I still never forget how many people thought I was one of Josh’s roommates because I would always be in his apartment just hanging out even though I had my own place. I know whenever I need to count on someone I can call Josh aka “The Tank” as he would be there ready to serve me one of his famous mixers that never seemed to contain enough mix; just pure alcohol!!!
